David Logan has been a coach and mentor of mine for many years. I met him during my freshman year of high school in 2014. He became one of my high school wrestling coaches and has become a great friend and motivator for me since. His knowledge of strength and conditioning has not only helped me become a great wrestler and learn how to live a healthy and active lifestyle, but that and his mentorship has helped me achieve my goals in my sport and in life thus far. Because of David, I have been able to continue my wrestling career in college for the last five years and also finish with an undergraduate degree and soon a master's degree.

Blair Alexander

I came to Coach Logan during my freshman year of 2018, pre-diabetic, and self-conscience about my body. My start weight was 5’6 250lb. My head was as round as a meatball and my stomach was even wider. I could not squat 135lb and could not even bench 105lb. I knew nothing about nutrition, discipline, or strength and conditioning. Once I met Coach Logan, he put me right to work. He taught me about nutrition and how to balance meals depending on weight. He also challenged my will. He worked me so hard, through 3 months that I dropped down to 190lb at a height of 5’7. My biggest goal was just to be able to not look fat and be confident with myself. Coach Logan helped me achieve those goals. Coach Logan instilled mental confidence in me to where I enjoyed training with him throughout my entire high school career. It paid off because I am now playing for NC State, a power 5 division 1 football program. Being born in 2005 and in the class of 2022 (High School) I already had things holding me back from developing like others. But Coach Logan helped me be not just an athlete but a man with discipline and respect for others. For anyone looking to train with Coach Logan just be prepared to work hard. he doesn’t care who you are, he just expects you come in with a mindset to work hard, pay attention, and take in the wisdom he gives you. if you do those things, you will reach your goals.
